Medicare Economics
Question :
Do a bit of exploring. Look at your own facility where you work (or one in your community), and find out what the website says about Medicare coverage. Imagine that you are an elder seeking medical care in your community. Are you impressed with your facility's services? Would "your" Medicare cover your care there? Would you have to go elsewhere? Look for a few alternatives and explore.
Answer :
Facility services
Medicare facilities and coverage in our workplace is provided on an ethical and judgmental basis. The facilities on medical issues that I receive from my working organization are up-to-the-mark and follow certain guidelines of the Medicare website of the government (Medicare, 2019). Services like medical coverage, accidental compensations during duty hours and other basic treatment at the workplace are provided to us on behalf of the organization.
Medicare coverage reliability
Medical coverage of a certain fixed amount is provided by the organization upon any kind of health issue either for self or any of the family members of the employee. People here are also eligible for free checkups whenever they feel that they are facing some complexities in their health conditions (Sullivan, 2019). Such beneficial schemes of the company suggest that Medicare coverage cares a lot for the health-related issues of the employees and even their families.
Need for approaching somewhere else
There is no need for me to approach any other place in order to seek medical benefits that an employee should receive on behalf of an organization where he or she is working. Only at the time of medical issues or problems, the patient is required to be carried to the hospitals or treatment centers which provide the coverage benefits related to the case. There are certain well-known hospitals and nursing homes that tied up with our organization to provide Medicare covers for its employees.
