C. Male offspring will always have an X-linked genetic disease if the mom is a carrier.

D. Males never have Y chromosomes.

Answer:- C. In humans, it is true that fathers always decide the sex or gender of the offspring.

A baby’s sex is decided by the presence of an X or Y chromosome in the man’s sperm. When an X chromosome joins with the mother’s X chromosome, a baby girl (XX) is produced, whereas a boy is produced when a Y chromosome connects with the mother’s (XY)

In humans, girls always inherit an X chromosome from each parent whereas men always receive their X chromosome from their mother and their Y chromosome from their father. All human male somatic cells have an X and a Y chromosome, and all human female somatic cells have two X chromosomes. All other placental animals produce X and Y gametes as well, although females alone do so. This mechanism, commonly known as the XX-XY system, determines maleness through Y chromosome-containing sperm cells.
