At what point does buying in Bulk stop being a Wise spending choice?

A. When the consumer has a lot of space to store bulk items.

B. When a customer purchases more than is necessary.

C. When costs rise too quickly due to demand.

D. When bulk items are not on sale anymore.

Answer: B. When a customer purchases more than is necessary.

For example, a customer will, most likely, spent less if she/he purchases a few more items she/he does not need. The idea of “value” connected with the buying in bulk deteriorates when the consumer buys more than required. Although, befitting of its name, such a business practice may offer a cost advantage, the customer may end up incurring excess and later end up wasting or losing the unnecessary products to spoilage or expiration
