Ryuk, a Death God, carried the Death Note, a magical notebook which one can just by putting the name of the person inside, down to Earth in terms of the otherworld having a trouble in amusing him. Light’s Yagami Kira’s world has been transformed by Light’s discovery of Death Note and he thinks of removing crooks from earth and follows his desires throughout the journey and his actions causes a chaos. “Ryuk” stood by Yagami during the whole journey and is befitted with all the events that he caused. But when the twist ends up to be Light, who’s almost caught and is asking for Ryuk’s help, we get to see his other side. Instead, bored with Light yet again, Ryuk who apparently had agreed to end Light’s troubles once and for all decided to write Light’s name down in the Death Note and seal the fated deal . A fact that Ryuk is bored, he only has fun that he provokes others, and when Light’s story is not interesting any longer, he has already directed him to stop.
