Calculate the pressure of water on the bottom of a swimming pool if the depth of water in the pool varies between 0.8m and 2.4m. (Density of water = 1000kgm−3.) If atmospheric pressure is 1.01 × 105Pa, calculate the maximum total pressure at the bottom of the swimming pool.
