Question:- What factor influencing flexibility is dependent upon individual behaviors?

Answer

Flexibility can be defined as behaviour that is dependent on individual behaviours including physical activity and exercise.

Musculoskeletal factors can in this case be defined as behaviour that is influenced by individual behaviours anchored on physical movement and exercise regimes. It can be the range over which a limb, a specific joint and muscle up to a certain normal degree or the normal range of motion as it may be termed. Although some aspects of flexibility comprise characteristics like age and genetics, which are not changeable, flexibility is directly determined by the exercise regimen an individual undertakes. Since flexibility is improved with time, it can be supported with stretching routines or the performance of yoga asana and other flexing activities. On the other hand, inadequate mobility or living a rather sluggish lifestyle does not allow flexibility to progress, instead, it declines. Therefore, decision-making and the choice of a correct lifestyle, for example, the creation of an exercise regime and practice of stretching along with decision-making and the possibilities in this respect are able to define the above aspect of an individual’s flexibility. Therefore it can be said that through exercising a lifetime flexibility of the person affects physical activity incorporated into his life.
