Formation of the United States assimilated caliber of federalism in many areas. Homogeneity of the money (a dollar in New Jersey will be equal to a dollar in Kentucky) is the result of government’s monetary institution which is led by the Federal Constitution. The tax making and collection is ceded to the concurrent levels of government which are federal and state government. Also, the laws which are implemented are divided to state and federal departments with the federal and state laws being different and the state law enforcement agencies.
