Answer: A.Párticipation in research çan be considered during parole hearings.
In their efforts to determine the paroling of inmates, a few research projects that involve prisoners can be regarded by the parole boards as a beneficial factor. These ones tend to be evident since the incarcerated inmates have shown their desire to leave a mark, regardless if the existence of knowledge, on the research they are conducting. Also, the activities in which they are involved in, however small, would contribute a great part of their lives during incarceration. The reality is the same however there are certain criteria across jurisdictions which one needs to follow when it comes to considering research participation during the parole in a county. Granted parole to be given based on assessment of personal conduct, risk rating and other related traits of the convict. All the same, frequently, submission to a research program can in turn be seen as a token of good behavior of the convict and their appreciation of the necessity of cooperation with the correctional system.
